The circuit board was designed using Altium software. Its dimensions are tailored to fit precisely within the enclosure.
Link enclosure: thegioiic.
The circuit schematic was designed with the ESP32 as the main microcontroller. It is capable of reading salinity data from one of three modules: Atlas, DFRobot, or INT. Since the Atlas and DFRobot boards do not have an integrated temperature sensing circuit, an additional MAX31865 temperature sensing module is used.
The ESP32 is programmed to measure salinity and temperature values, which are displayed on a 12864 LCD screen. The salinity value is shown at the top, the conductivity value at the bottom-left corner, and the temperature value at the bottom-right corner.
The device is programmed to allow calibration of the sensor values.
The device uses a rechargeable 2500mAh Li-ion battery.
The product package includes:
1× 4.2V Li-ion battery charger,
1× custom-made INT sensor with K = 1,
1× handheld measuring device.
